Wine making
The wine-making and storage cellar of steel-refining wines is located north of the estate and is dug into the hillside, creating a naturally air-conditioned environment, where temperatures never exceed to 19/20 °C even in the hottest periods of the year. All this helps us to have a great freshness and longevity in our wines.
Aging in barrels
Tenuta Baron has decided to exploit the ancient cellar of the villa, made of stones and stones and located in the basements to the northeast of the central body. Here red wines are aged in oak barrels, for months even years, thanks to the constant temperature and the good humidity that transpires from the walls.
