DESCRIPTION
Our Asolo Prosecco Extra Brut comes from an experimental vineyard planted in 2014 called "Rose Rosa" where we used 3 different clones of Glera on about 0.8 ha of vineyard exposed to the East inside the estate. This "assembly" gives the wine great complexity and pleasantness even if it remains only 1 gr/lt of sugar inside.

TASTING
Serving temperature 5-8 C
To the glass the color and tending to green, of great brilliance. When it is brought to the nose there is an explosion of peach, pear, apricot and apple. Really complex. In the mouth all this fruit remains and integrates perfectly with the great acidata, well rounded by fruity notes. The creamy bubble closes in beauty an excellent Asolo Prosecco.
